Depositions archived and delivered on interactive, computer authored DVD's provide immediate access to key statements.

Many service providers offer depos direct-to-DVD using DVD recorders. The end user has few choices: click on play, navigate preset interval chapter selections (every 5-10 minutes for ex.), and click on menu chapters created when proceedings went on /off the record. Image and sound quality vary; you are stuck with whatever you get. Playback compatibility of the disc with DVD players or computer DVD drives may also be an issue.
